Project on Preserve: Adam Ryan Wildlife Preserve
Calling on the community! Join us for our Project on Preserve!
We are gathering folks to join us at Adam Ryan Wildlife Preserve in Alta Sierra to remove invasive species, brush-pile burn, weed, and tend to native plants. It’s a day of land beautification and hanging with your fellow nature lovers.
This is a great opportunity to get the whole family involved or to gather a group of friends—no green thumb necessary! We’ll supply the tools, but suggest bringing a hat, gloves, and a water bottle. We’ll have a water station, donuts and coffee. If you can’t stay for the whole event, no worries, we’d love to have you all the same.
PLEASE NOTE: There is poison oak where the work will take place so please prepare accordingly if you are susceptible. This event is also weather permitting: a downpour will cancel the event, though we will work through light rain.
