The California Climate Policy Summit kicks off in less than two weeks!

The climate disasters we’re experiencing today are the consequences of decades of inadequate action. For the world to have a chance at a climate-safe future, California must do more, faster. The silver living is that solutions already exist, we just need our elected leaders to act with the urgency that the scale of the climate crises demands.

At the second annual California Climate Policy Summit, we’re bringing together more than 50 speakers and panelists –– business leaders, policy experts, environmental justice advocates, and more –– who are championing bold climate solutions California can put it into action right now.

The agenda will focus on urgent and equitable solutions like building the grid for the future, phasing out polluting fuels, scaling up natural carbon sequestration, as well as demonstrating the impacts of climate change on our mental and physical health and the importance of energy resilience for frontline communities.

The Summit will also focus on key climate bills before the California legislature this session, including bills related to energy resilience, fossil fuel divestment, accelerated climate targets, and more.
