Join us for an informative & free Firewise USA Workshop where you’ll learn essential tips on how to navigate the Firewise application process. All Lake Tahoe community members are encouraged to attend, especially those who want to become Firewise recognized & learn more. The workshop will include a 20-30 minute presentation with interactive components from the Tahoe Resource Conservation District, who coordinates the Firewise USA program within the Lake Tahoe Basin.

Breakout sessions will take place so that participants can exchange information and navigate the Firewise application process with local fire personnel and current Firewise leaders. This is an important community workshop aiming to strengthen neighborhood wildfire preparedness. The exact location will be in the STPUD Board Room.
