Join Sierra Club Tahoe Area Group on a day hike along cliffs above Lake Tahoe and the north shore of Emerald Bay, from Calawee Cove Beach to Vikingsholm and back on May 11th at 9 am. Distance is 9-10 miles total, with little overall elevation change but lots of ups and downs on a rugged trail. We’ll stop for lunch at Vikingsholm and an optional half-mile side-trip to Lower Eagle Falls. Wear layers and boots or trail shoes.

Additional Directions: Entry is through DL Bliss State Park. Parking fee is $10. Parking lots fill up early. Dogs are not allowed on the Rubicon Trail.
