Dollars are flowing from the federal government to communities all across the country, but exactly how much is dedicated to rural places was unknown…until now.

Join us to hear takeaways from a new Brookings report quantifying the funding and technical assistance for rural America and hear from rural leaders on the challenges and opportunities they see on the horizon. Come learn which federal opportunities are most significant to rural communities and what steps communities need to take to qualify for these investments.

The International Economic Development Council (IEDC) hosts this virtual webinar as part of the Rural Opportunity and Development Session series (a collaborative effort of Aspen CSG, the Rural Community Assistance Partnership, the Housing Assistance Council, Rural LISC, the International Economic Development Council, and the Federal Reserve Board).

This 90-minute virtual exchange will include a 20-minute presentation from the Reimagining Rural Initiative, a 40-minute panel discussion with rural leaders, and an open audience Q&A.
