12th Annual Lands & Legacy Celebration – ONLINE!
Hosted Online by Eastern Sierra Land Trust
Thursday, August 27th – Thursday, September 3rd
Eastern Sierra Land Trust’s online Lands & Legacy Celebration is right around the corner! This year’s online format will bring the magic of our special region directly to you in your home.
Throughout the week, join us from your kitchen table, couch, backyard, or wherever you like! Once you register, you can choose to join any and all of our fun and inspiring online gatherings. Connect with the amazing naturalist, artist, and educator Jack Muir Laws, and go back in time with Bill Bramlette, owner of Historic Benton Hot Springs, as he explores local history. Learn about the state of land protection in California from Jeanette Tuitele-Lewis, Chair of California Council of Land Trusts, chat with local author Kendra Atleework about her memoir Miracle Country, and learn more about how conservation easements work. We’ll finish up the week with another wild Paddle Raise hosted by live auctioneer Jeremy Goico, to raise critical funds for ESLT’s land protection, stewardship, and education programs.
Registration is $25 with a 10% discount for ESLT members. Registration is $10 if you’re a first responder, student, educator, or AmeriCorps member. Don’t miss the festivities! To sign up and learn more, visit ESLT.org/lands-legacy or call 760-873-4554.
