CAL FIRE’s Reforestation Services Program staff invites you to an open house celebration at the Reforestation Center in Davis.

Invited guests and speakers include executive leadership from CAL FIRE, collaborators from partnering organizations, industry leaders, research specialists, customers, and the public.

This event will recognize the 100+ year history of LAMRC while looking ahead to its bright future. Presentations and posters are expected to highlight notable projects in the works, production statistics, and insights into the 2023 statewide assessment of seed needs and cone season outlook. Following seated talks, a facility tour will take place to feature the valuable work being done to meet California’s reforestation needs, the dedicated staff engaged in it, and insights on future growth of the center. Light refreshments will be served, and educational handouts will be made available.
