This Earth Day, join over 50 Sierra Nevada regional organizations and non-profits in celebrating Earth Day by engaging in events, educational opportunities, and direct actions for conservation impact to directly benefit “The Range of Light.”
This year, with social distancing still in play, SNA has decided to facilitate gathering and coordinating all regional Earth Day events onto a single online site for public engagement. Celebrate all month or follow the specific themes during Earth Week. There will be opportunities to attend virtual events like the Wild & Scenic Film Festival On Tour, virtual hikes, wildflower watercolor painting classes, activities for children, and much more! Take action by signing petitions, sending letters to decision makers, and learn how to minimize your impact on the planet with daily challenges. Activities for all ages and learning fun for children with Bingo games and awesome prizes! Learn more about how you can celebrate Earth Day this year with the Sierra Nevada Alliance and other leading conservation organizations throughout the Sierra.
Download our Earth Day Bingo Card for a chance to win tickets to the Wild & Scenic Film Festival happening April 22nd! For each activity you complete, post a photo, tag us @sierranevadaalliance, and use #sierraearthweek2021. Or email your photos to info@sierranevadaalliance.org. We will be announcing winners every Thursday (April 15 & April 22)!
