Below is information on the Sierra Nevada Alliance’s refund and privacy policies. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding these policies.
Refund Policy: Refunds are considered on a case by case basis. In most cases, general donations and tickets purchased for events are non-refundable, but please contact us to discuss the situation. We are reasonable and want to maintain good relationships.  Please note, if your transaction was processed online, any fees incurred by that transaction will not be refunded.
Privacy Policy: From all donors, we collect general contact information (name, address, phone, email). This contact information is stored in a secure online platform only accessible by verified Sierra Nevada Alliance employees. We may use your contact information to send you correspondence from the Sierra Nevada Alliance, but it will never be shared outside our organization. Please contact us if you prefer not to receive any Alliance correspondence (occasional emails and/or letters in the mail). We value your privacy and preferences. Payment information is never saved in our system. Regarding recurring payments (Evergreen Club), credit card information is only saved in our online payment processing platform, Braintree (through PayPal), where details are not accessible to Sierra Nevada Alliance employees.
