River Monitor Training

Woodfords/Highway 89 Bridge

Alpine Watershed Group is looking for new river monitors! This training will cover river monitoring protocols to operate advanced scientific equipment and teach you about important water quality parameters. Anyone interested in becoming a river monitor is encouraged to attend, and current river monitors are welcome too. Please allow one hour within the 11 a.m. -

Tree Planting with Alpine Watershed Group

The Forest Health Community Working Group is hosting a volunteer tree planting event on Saturday, October 26, from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. Come help reforest the Tamarack Fire Burn Scar. Bring a water bottle, sun protection, and please wear long pants, long sleeves, and closed-toe shoes. Gloves and tools will be provided.
