Join the Northern California Regional Land Trust at the Sierra Nevada Big Room on Wednesday, September 21, 2022, and let’s escape to the Lost Sierra for an evening!

They’ll be screening the 2022 film Lost on Purpose (11 minutes), and then will be joined by the filmmaker, one of the featured cyclists, and the Director of Sierra Buttes Trail Stewardship to talk about progress, heartbreaks, and the vision for the future of the Lost Sierra Route. This 600-mile network will thread the spine of the Sierra Nevada in Northern California, connecting 15 mountain communities through trails. We’ll also be updating the audience on progress on the Colby Mountain Recreation Area in Jonesville, one of the community trail systems that will serve as a trailhead to the Lost Sierra Route.
