There has been a great response to holding this meet up. Participants have expressed the benefit of camaraderie and support via this mechanism. Ideally, we will meet every two months with a combo of zoom and in person meetings. The next Executive Director Huddle will be held on August 27th from 2:00-4:00.

Here is the Tentative Agenda!

1. Round robin share of a positive story/success your organization has had lately &  news/events-5 minutes each.
2. How can we help our partners affected by the fires?
3. Alliance Conference agenda, objective overview, and Member Group Meeting.
4. PPP loan forgiveness process and how PPP and EIDL affect our fiscal close/audits etc.
5. Needs discussion (training’s, resources, ways we need to collaborate now more than ever etc.)
6. There will be more time to discuss the weeds of being an ED and running an organization in real time. If you have topic recommendations please email jenny@sierranevadaalliance.org.
