South Lake Tahoe Earth Day Festival is back for 2022!

Celebrate Earth Week by joining us for this free community festival on April 24th at Bijou Community Park.

What is Earth Day? Earth Day is an annual event created to celebrate the planet’s environment and raise public awareness about pollution. The day, marked on April 22, is observed worldwide with rallies, conferences, outdoor activities and service projects.

South Lake Tahoe has expanded our Earth Day to Earth Week with challenges, film festivals, marches and more! This is a great time to help local organizations on their efforts to clean up South Lake and learn about how you can do your part.
